A new direction on my content strategy going forward
Hello there! It’s been a while since the last time I posted.
I just took a break and came back from Thailand. It was wonderful to spend time with family and friends. At the same time, it helped me break my current daily routine and take a step back to re-evaluate the goals and purposes of my life.
I’ve noticed that the day-to-day routine of working on weekends for the corporate world’s shipping features has gotten in the way of what I want to do in my life: to try building products and creating something people want.
I am announcing a shift to my newsletter going forward. It involves two main changes:
- I will change the name of this publication to Edward’s Newsletter
- I will produce more content outside of software engineering advice
I initially created this newsletter to discuss my journey of rising to the role of senior engineer. I enjoy sharing my progress and taking you with me on my journey to becoming a senior engineer. However, as I write more and more about what I’ve learned…
